My projects

The list of projects below is largely unordered, but roughly abides by a sorting of "most fond of working on, followed by most recent development".

You are here! » rami.org.il

Status: Maintained
Type: Web site
Language(s): Many; primarily Perl, Java, HTML, CSS, Markdown, LaTex
Libraries: Various; including Dancer2, JBake
License: Various; library dependent

rami.org.il is made up of a selection of web sites, each of which perform a distinct function. The primary subdomains are listed in the navigation bar at the top of this web site.

Project Licenser (homepage, repository, non-free mirror)

Status: Maintained
Type: Web site
Language(s): HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Libraries: None
License: GNU Affero General Public License, version 3.0

Project Licenser is a web site that provides license recommendations for both software and cultural products, ranging from permissive to free software and free culture.

It currently provides some recommendations for non-free software, but that recommendation will be revised to discourage the use of proprietary licensing in the near future.

avmerge (repository, non-free mirror)

Status: Maintained
Type: Software
Language(s): Perl
Libraries: ffmpeg
License: BSD 2-Clause

avmerge is a simple Perl utility that automates the execution of ffmpeg commands for merging multiple audio and video files into a single combined file.

autoexec (repository, non-free mirror)

Status: Unmaintained
Type: Software
Language(s): Perl
Libraries: iocage
License: BSD 2-Clause

autoexec is a simple Perl script that executes commands across all jails managed by iocage. It was created to fulfil the void left by the commands built into iocage, specifically that the ALL keyword cannot be passed to every command.

It was intended to be extended to include a variety of additional features, such as supporting Bash-style sets and regular expressions, but I have since ceased development as I no longer use or recommend iocage; instead, I encourage the use of bastille.
